Anchored 2021

This quick impromptu video gives a little personal touch and some "deets" about the upcoming Anchored 2021 conference to be held on September 24,25 2021. I pray this gives you some clarity and encouragement to join us for this weekend with 300 of your newest closest friends! -Marni

A Conference To Help You Walk In Your Purpose

A note from Marni!!!

RCG Ministries was birthed out of a personal season of lack in my own life.   God started exposing that even though I was raised in the church, I didn’t know who I was. I knew I was a daughter of the King but I didn’t connect my worth, purpose, and identity in Him. I know that seems hard to believe but that is exactly what God needed me to see. All my knowledge about God didn’t translate to freedom and transformed living.  I can guess if you sit and think about it you may be in the same boat as I was.  God began to dig deep within me to expose why there was such a disconnect.  Anchored is a portion of that! This year’s conference appropriately named “Anchored”  was a drop into my heart straight from God that I am blessed to get to share with you on conference weekend.
As women, we are “anchored” in so many places.  As is the nature of womanhood, we have to be present in so many areas of life but often times the anchors of life keep us tied……to the wrong things.  We don’t even know it but we are bound to past seasons, other’s views of who we are to be, hurts and rejections….and that doesn’t even scrape the surface of anchors that have kept us stuck.
This weekend we will explore some of those, set our hearts back on track, and spotlight some of the most powerful areas we have influence in.  It’s sure to be an eye-opening time.  Bring your tissues, a bent knee, and a sword!  Some of us will weep, laugh, cry and have  “ah-hah” moments as God exposes where the enemy led us off track.  When we spend focused time asking God to open up areas that may have been hidden for years,  you can bet that there will be some changed lives this weekend. My prayer is that you will come prayed up and open to see what anchor needs to be dug up from the deep and re-anchored in Him alone !!!

Malena Parham

I have lived in this small town of Wingo, Kentucky my entire life. I have been married for 32 years and we have 2 sons.  For my entire career, I was at Wingo Elementary School, as a teacher and then the guidance counselor. I have served as a teacher and director of VBS for numerous years at my church.  So you could say, “kids are my passion & my world”.

As God led me to retirement from a career I had for 32 years, He also led me in a different area of serving.  I have become more involved with ministries including our teenage women and other women of my church family. I am so excited to be a part of the Women’s Conference.  I am much more excited to see God work in the lives of the women of my community.
Because God continues to use me for His service in the small town of Wingo, I once said,  “I’m like a country song: These are my people, this is where I come from.”  But God quickly corrected me and said, “These are My people and you will serve them here.” What a blessing it has been and I’m sure He has much more in store for us!

I have lived in Graves County all of my life. David and I have been married for five years. We are a blended family with three children and six grandchildren. We have served as Youth Ministers at Enon Baptist church for the past four years. For several years, I drove a school bus, but recently went back to school to earn my teaching degree. I am currently a second grade teacher at Wingo Elementary School.

If you were to ask me years ago whether or not I would be a Youth Minister’s wife, I would have laughed out loud. That was not part of my plan, but God had much bigger plans for me. As I look back over my life, even in the darkest of days, God was right there with me. My favorite song is The Anchor Holds. Part of that song says, “I have fallen on my knees when I faced the raging sea..The Anchor Holds…in spite of the storm”.

My prayer is for God to use this Women’s Conference to help women see that His love is never ending and nothing we could ever do would make Him stop loving us! I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without Godly women pouring into me, and my desire is for God to use me to pour into others! My favorite quote is “Never let your ego become larger than your Servant’s towel.”

I am a mother of 3 boys and the Lord has blessed me with several grandchildren!!  I have worked in Mayfield for 11 years at the USDA – Farm Service Agency, where I have the opportunity to assist landowners and farmers of Graves and surrounding counties.  I moved to Graves County in 2014,  and with the move, I had to find a new church home.  I visited a lot of area churches and did a lot of praying for God to lead me where HE wanted me.

He did just that!  God placed me at Enon Baptist Church.   He placed me with some amazing people that have a heart for God’s people!  God has also surrounded me with some amazing ladies there that have been great encouragers for me.  It is such a blessing to get to serve this community with these ladies.  He’s provided another great blessing by allowing me to be able to work with the teen and tween girls at church.  Such a joy to share God’s love!

I am excited about the women’s conference and to be able to be a small part of  God’s plan with this group.  I want to share encouragement, as it was shared with me, and let other women know they matter.   It excites me to watch God work!!

meet your Worship Leaders

We are so excited to have these ladies lead us in corporate worship for the anchored 2021 conference. Miranda Reed led us last year at the 2020 Under The Influence conference. We are so excited and blessed to add Jessica Sills, Madison Ausenbaugh, and Melissa Collier to this year‘s event. These ladies combined have many years of experience in leading others in corporate worship. I am sure we will hear some personal testimonies of the goodness of God from these ladies as well. I know them personally and cannot wait for you to be encouraged by their love for God. Get prepared! It’s going to be great.  -Marni

What's the difference between the LIVE and VIRTUAL tickets?

We have had many ladies express the desire to attend the Anchored 2021 conference that live across the country so we have added a “Speaker Content Only ” ticket.  Last year we were able to offer a “virtual ticket” but because Facebook is king they control the feed.  Once Facebook heard the music they shut the feed down. We apologize for that!  We are learning as we go!

Once we contacted them and showed our credentials they restored our feed but it didn’t help at the moment.  Facebook didn’t know we had purchased rights to the music so to get around that we are offering a “Speaker Content Only” ticket.

Upon purchasing the “Speaker Content” only ticket you will receive a connection email to the Speaker Content only group on Facebook. The speakers will be live on that page group according to the conference schedule listed on the website.

Can I host an "in home" group event if I purchase a virtual ticket?

I would love to encourage those of you who shepherd (Influence)  ladies in any capacity to use this as a tool.  Some of you should host groups in your homes and churches! You can do it I promise! You very easily could open your home, share some food and join us for the speaker content at the scheduled time. I would love to share links to the songs we will be singing live at the conference. You could play them via YouTube if you desired.

I always want to encourage others to shepherd their influence well.

Ladies, let us know if you would utilize a list of group conversation questions to build a connection with your “house groups”!
Please let us know how we can help serve you in this way!

Please fill out the form below if you have any lingering questions, before or after purchasing your Anchored 2021 Conference tickets.
