Return Policy

Here at The Frosted Farmhouse, we hope to make your shopping experience the best we can.

With that said, we understand that the return of items that simply don’t work for you can sometimes be necessary, so we want to make sure our return policy is as easy to understand and follow as possible!  If you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 7 days of delivery for store credit.

Also, before making a purchase, please be aware that we are currently only able to sell and ship to the lower 48 states within the continental United States. If at some point this policy changes, we will update our information for your convenience. 

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer. Return shipping charges will not be refunded or included in in-store credit.
  • Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size (if available) or a completely different item. Store Credit does not expire.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 (seven) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
  • Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of damage & have original tags attached. This is to include any possible stains acquired while trying on the clothing pieces, to include but not limited to deodorant stains.
  • We are not responsible for any skin irritations that could be received by wearing an item of clothing without it having first been washed. Please ensure you launder your clothing purchases per the tag instructions prior to wearing them.
  • Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Gift card via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file.
  • Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
